The space This spacious and bright private studio is a fantastic space for your stay. The bedroom has a queen bed with plenty of space to ensure our guest is super comfortable. In the living room you have a ample space to make yourself at home and relax after a day exploring Boston and surroundings. The full bathroom also brings in a lot of natural light. Registered for Short Term Rental with the City of Somerville. Guest access The whole studio is your private space . Please note that the studio is part of a larger apartment, the studio space is yours alone, separated from the rest of the apartment which is owner occupied. The door separating the two spaces must be kept locked at all times. Other things to note Free street parking with provided visitor pass. The second and fourth Mondays, from April 1 to December 31, between 8:00AM and 12:00PM, the car must be off street for street cleaning or is subject to ticket. No check in after 9pm.
