Beach-Block Condo Steps from Boardwalk (Pets OK!)

Our first floor condo, located just half a block from the boardwalk and 6th St beach, has everything you need for a memorable vacation: spacious front porch with dining table and comfy seating for morning coffee or evening happy hours, living room with smart TV and Roku, space to comfortably sleep 8, plus all the cooking supplies you'll need. BBQ on the gas or charcoal grill - the choice is yours! Bonuses include an outdoor shower and private parking for one car. The space The condo is the entire first floor (the second and third floor are owned separately). You’ll have your own front porch, entrance, parking space and back deck. Guest access You’ll have full access to the first floor condo, the shared outdoor shower in the back, and both the front and back porches. Please note there is a locked closet in the middle bedroom for owner’s supplies but there are extra dressers and hooks in that room to store your things. Other things to note Please note that linens - sheets and towels - are NOT included. You can bring your own or rent them from services on the island. We provide bed blankets, bed comforters, and pillows.
