This home captures the classic character of the era with soaring high ceilings and its original windows and doors. Located in the heart of vibrant Mid-City, it’s the perfect blend of historic soul and city convenience. IMPORTANT Layout Note: This home features a traditional "railroad a.k.a. shotgun" floor plan where rooms flow directly into one another. The Flow: Living Room → Hallway/Bath → Master Bedroom → Kitchen → Guest Bedroom. Privacy Considerations: Guests staying in the rear bedroom will walk through the master bedroom and kitchen to access the bathroom and living area. This space is best suited for families or close friends who don’t mind a shared flow. Guest access You will have private access to the whole apartment. You will also have access to the backyard patio as well which is shared with the other guests at the other apartment next door at this property. Other things to note IMPORTANT PARKING & PRIVACY: Although there is a small parking spot for this apartment next to the house, it is part of a driveway that is shared with my neighbor, which means it is a tight fit that requires you to park really close to the side of my house to not block the neighbors part of the driveway on one side and not hit my house/your car on the other. Additionally, this parking spot is shared between your apartment and the other one I have next door and is on a first come first serve basis. If those guests bring a car they may use it as well. However, I usually recommend that all of my guests park on the street anyway as there is usually a spot on the same block or right around the corner if not right in front of the house. Ignore the signs that say you need a residential parking tag. That has never been enforced and no one in the neighborhood has a tag, including myself.
