If you need anything missing here, please let us know in advance. The center of the building houses a delightful heated pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. Adjacent to the pool, you'll find a convenient BBQ area. For additional safety and privacy, a key is required to enter the place. Within 20 steps from the lanai, you will see a small sandy beach, where sea turtles sometimes rest on it. During the winter months, it becomes one of Maui's premier locations for whale watching. To access the nearest beach from your unit, simply take a walk down Hauoli St for 0.2 miles, and within a short 5-minute walk, you'll arrive at the enchanting Haycraft Park. There, you'll find the Coast Guard Beach, as a part of Sugar Beach—Maui's longest sandy beach. Guest access You will have access to the entire home. Self-check-in code will be provided 48 hours before arrival. Parking is unassigned but please register your car upon arrival. You're also welcome to use all the amenities in the community: pool, BBQ etc. Other things to note - By default, Airbnb does not collect HI Transient Accommodations Tax or General Excise Tax. The additional amount for "occupancy taxes and fees" is 11% Hawaii State TAT, 3% Maui County TAT and 4.5% GET, totaling 18.5%.
