It features vaulted ceilings, two powerful AC units, stainless steel appliances, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Rest comfortably on the king bed and take advantage of the new pull-out queen sofa bed, two TVs, and blackout curtains. The Maui Banyan Resort offers two pools, two hot tubs, and seven nearby Weber grills for community use. Our home is located in the the building closest to the beach, pool and parking (apartment #F-206). It's very conveniently located, but please note the unit is on the second floor and there is no elevator in the building. It comes stocked with everything you’ll need. You can dine alfresco on the lanai (balcony) or in the garden courtyard, near the half a dozen new Weber BBQ grills. Spend the day laying out on one of the many loungers at the pool or take our beach chairs across the street to the beach. The home is fully loaded and updated throughout, ready to welcome you and your guests for a memorable stay. LEGAL RENTAL The Maui Banyan Breeze Suite is a legally zoned as a hotel, unaffected by Maui's proposed ban on short-term rentals. ESTIMATED DISTANCES FROM THE CONDO - Kamaole Beach Park II: 2 min walk - Keawakapu Beach: 3 min drive - Wailea Beach: 6 min drive - Makena Big Beach: 15 min drive - Kahului Airport (OGG): 30 minutes ADDITIONAL GUESTS If you have a party of 4-6 traveling together, we may be able to accommodate the full group in the lockable, adjoining unit, the "Banyan Breeze Studio" Kindly note: This condo has an adjoining unit; however, it is a completely private space with its own entrance. The interior connecting door remains securely locked at all times to ensure guest privacy. Guest access You'll have access to the the entire, private space. Other things to note - Coffee supplies are provided. - Basic cooking supplies such as cooking oil and salt are included. - Beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, wagon, beach towels, foldable beach chairs, cooler, and boogie boards) is provided for your convenience.
