The neighborhood Is somewhat busy but overall quiet, it is a busy urban setting so please feel free to reach out to us with any concerns. walking distance to a great local pizza join and the best tacos in worcester (The Taco Spot) as well as a short walk to a Walgreens. You will be just a brisk walk away from dozens of bars and restaurants in the popular Canal district. Your private bedroom Has a large closet, Good sized desk complete with office supplies, extra blankets, heat, fans, Flat screen tv with amazon fire stick, fresh sheets and towels, and under bed storage. Please Note that for summer I don’t have AC in the room, we do however have fans in the Rooms. This is to keep costs low so that I can give guests a great deal! (See the other details section for information about AC rentals) Guest access Kitchen - Full access to a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, freezer, stove, rice cooker, air fryer, tea & coffee bar) as well as all needed cooking utensils, pots, pans and dishware as well as basic herbs & spices, oils and sauces. Bathroom - Shower, sink, toilet (hand towel, toilet paper provided as well as a shower dispenser with body wash, shampoo & conditioner) Living room - Large living room with a couch that comfortably seats 3 guests with a coffee table and a large HD tv with amazon prime video. Laundry room - Free washer and dryer with detergent located in the building, you will also have access to a ironing board and cloths iron. Parking - There is a first come first serve driveway with 4 spots located to the left of the building as well as free on street parking. During your stay I’m happy to interact with guests and give tips on travel or local spots to check out, I’m usually just a message or text away. Other things to note Early check in and late checkout can sometimes be accommodated for an additional fee. Please be sure to ask us first to see if it will be available for your dates. This unit is listed without AC in summer, we do have a limited number of them available for $5 a day of the stay is over 7 days. Due to the age of the house we can generally run just one AC per floor without the electric tripping.
