The bathroom is stocked with plush towels and plant-based toiletries; shower gel, shampoo, body lotion. A cozy lounge with large smart TV and sound bar, pull-out leather couch, fast WiFi, and beautiful view of the lake. Fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and in-unit laundry will make your stay feel like home! We offer earth-friendly products, and an armoire with adult board games and fun items for children. The unit is heated and cooled throughout using mini split systems. Fully private first floor unit. This area is for your enjoyment only- also a second exit and shared access to the parking spaces. Our guest apartment is in a family house on the entry level. We live on site (upper level) and while you will have all the privacy you require we are happy to help you with anything to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood right by Lower Mystic Lake. 1 minute walk to kayak/paddle board launching point with fishing nearby. 2 minute walk to MBTA bus line. Easy 1/2 mile walk to a number of great restaurants in downtown Arlington and West Medford. 0.8 mile to the nearest commuter rail train station. 1.6 miles to Shannon Beach for swimming. Grocery Stores located within 1.5 miles as well! Most necessities can be reached on foot, Boston and Cambridge are accessible by train, bus, car, or bike! One off street parking space is available, and there is almost always on street parking available in front of the house. Parking - One off-street parking space is included. Street parking is easily available between 7am-1am in front of the unit, or nearby. 2nd off-street parking may be possible at $10 additional per day.
