SIDE A at the historic HARDTNER HOUSE (1895) is perfect for one or two people - for work, play, to visit, or for a peaceful get-away. The space Hardtner House rentals are available at SIDE-A, SIDE-B, or WHOLE HOUSE. The welcoming front porch features two front doors, like many homes of the 18th-19th centuries. Two entrances plus the layout of the rooms allows us to make two totally private rentals in the home. SIDE-A is smaller as described below. SIDE-B is larger, with living room, study, dining room, full kitchen, spacious upstairs with two queen beds and small sunroom-gym. Two modern baths, up and down. WHOLE HOUSE rental includes all of the above. Hardtner House - SIDE-A is charming and beautifully furnished. Living room has tv, desk, and the best leather sofa! The king bedroom is gorgeous in light blue. Tall ceilings, ceiling fans and generous closet including ironing board and iron. Bath is small with two windows that let the light in from the south - you will love the claw-foot tub and generous-sized towels. Kitchenette is small, and well appointed - mini ref-freezer, microwave, smart oven, smoothie-maker, all kitchen utensils and serving pieces you will need. The sunroom is everyone's favorite - beautiful green walls and plenty of light. I furnished the house as if I were going to be the visitor. Guests can be assured of cleanliness; all bath room and kitchen surfaces are sterilized after every visit; all linens are crispy fresh.
