Might see some wildlife roaming in the front yard. I’ve seen deer and rabbits many times. There’s lots of birds. Very peaceful here. This house is a condo, rarely see neighbors. Backyard is large, fenced in with fire pit. Backyard is shared but again rarely see anyone out there. Front scenery seems like you’re in the country. You can park in garage and driveway of the home. There’s also a little parking nook at the end of the street as well for 2-3 cars. Note* If you go downtown Iowa City it’s paid parking in most places, but after 6pm and on weekends it’s free.
