Welcome to my 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests. The home's open floor plan creates a warm and inviting space for everyone to gather. The kitchen is fully equipped. Wi-Fi and smart TV are provided. The fenced-in backyard has a deck, fire pit, swing set, and yard games. Guests will find the location convenient, with easy access to the ISU campus (~3 miles), Wal-Mart, downtown Ames, North Grand Mall, and Ada Hayden. I look forward to hosting you at my home! The space This recently renovated home is perfect for Ames visitors! The main suite features a queen bed, dresser with Smart TV, large closet, and attached bathroom with step-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and ample closet space. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, closet, and extra space for a pack & play if needed (please let me know in advance if this is something you'd like to have available). Across the hall from the bedrooms is a full bathroom. The comfortable living room sofa has enough room for everyone to sit, and there is also a pull-out bed (full size) as well as electric fireplace and Smart TV. It is open to the kitchen and dining room where you will find upgraded appliances, a large island and table, as well as everything you need to cook, bake, and dine. The large backyard is perfect for games and relaxing. There is plenty of parking available for you, both off street and on street. Guest access Keyless entry is offered for easy check-in. Guests will not have access to the garage or the basement, which includes no access to the washer and dryer. Other things to note Please note that when the home is not being rented, it is an owner-occupied home. I kindly ask that you take care of the property, which includes no smoking of any kind, both inside and outside, no parties, and no pets. I respect my neighbors and enjoy the family friendly neighborhood, so I request you keep noise levels down. Laundry is unavailable, but extra towels will be provided. Please note this home may not be suitable for people with pet allergies as pets live in the home when it’s not rented. Exterior surveillance cameras are located at the front and back entrances recording video and sound for your safety.
