The space Hale Soleil is the perfect place to enjoy as a home base for your vacation in paradise! Our location provides easy access to the surrounding amenities & we are a 5-10 minute walk to the Turtle Bay Resort as well as miles of walking trails along the coast and world class surfing and snorkeling. The bedroom has a king size bed. The living area has a comfortable couch as well as two sets of bunk beds. There are 6 chairs surrounding a large kitchen peninsula to enjoy meals, games and laughter while creating memories to last a lifetime! You'll also have: - High speed Wifi for streaming or for checking the surf. - Split A/C in main living area and master bedroom. - Our condo also has a great trade wind location. - Smart TVs in master bedroom and living area. - Beach amenities for your use (chairs, umbrella, sand toys, etc.) - Pickleball and Tennis rackets and balls provided for the adjacent tennis courts. - Hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and body soap for your convenience. - Close proximity to world famous beaches, North Shore attractions, the Polynesian Cultural Center, and BYUH. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns. Please keep in mind you are renting a privately owned home and besides onsite security, 24 hours services are not available. We do not give refunds or discounts for "acts of god" or inclement weather. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case you are unable to travel due to any unforeseen circumstance. There may be additional fees incurred for damage, excess mess or loss of keys and parking pass. By booking our condo all guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their own safety and actions and fully release owners, managers, cleaners and any affiliates from all liabilities, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury or death that may be sustained due to Covid-19 or any other incident. Guest access The entire condo is only for you. You may also access the three onsite pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and grills which are shared with other people staying within the Turtle Bay condos. Other things to note We are a legal rental and therefore, Hawaii state requires that we charge 10.25% accommodations tax and a 4.714% sales tax. This is added in at the final payment portion.
