Other things to note The home accommodates a maximum of six guests, including children over the age of two. Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with a queen-size bed. In accordance with County regulations, the property may only be rented to one group at a time. Parties, events, and gatherings involving unregistered guests are strictly prohibited. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. We are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for your understanding. The home is equipped with two televisions, a soundbar, Wi-Fi, cable, an outdoor shower, washer and dryer, BBQ grill, deck, and patio. This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping of any kind—including tobacco, cannabis, or e-cigarettes—is prohibited both indoors and outdoors. Violations will result in a $250 fine, immediate termination of the reservation, and reporting to Airbnb. Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please keep voices and music to a minimum during this time. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property line is not allowed at any time. Candles, fire pits, or any other open flames are not permitted inside or outside the home. There are outdoor-only security cameras on the property. These are not actively monitored but may be reviewed in the event of a disturbance. Vehicles must be parked in the carport or driveway. Street parking is not permitted. Guests are encouraged to locate and review the posted Fire Escape Plan and the location of the fire extinguisher upon arrival.
