Local beaches are Baldwin Beach, Paia Bay Beach, and Hookipa Beach - a world class windsurfing and surfing beach. Paia Ko is centrally situated making it an ideal location to access many popular tourist destinations Paia Ko is a lovely home with gorgeous ocean views and central air conditioning. There is an outdoor shower and an outdoor foot wash station to wash the sand off your feet. There's a deck and two patio areas. There is a two car carport and a driveway that can accommodate several cars. There is a washing machine and dryer available for guest use. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. As per County regulations parties and group gatherings, other than registered guest, are not permitted and the dwelling may only be rented to one group at a time. The property is equipped with two t.v.'s, a sound bar, wifi, cable, an outdoor shower, washer and dryer, BBQ, a deck and patio.
