Luxury at the Water - Calcasieu Lake

Remodeled water view home located steps away from the Calcasieu Ship Channel. A shared boat dock/fishing pier is available with this home and comes with 1 boat lift. The dock/pier is located directly across the home in between House 1 and House 2 on the aerial photo. A public boat ramp located less than a mile away or if you have a guide they may pick you up directly at the dock. We are about a 30 minute drive to the casinos in Lake Charles or about a 30 minute drive to Holly Beach. The space Kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, silverware, cookware, glasses and cups. Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher. Hand soap, dishwashing soap, hand towels and wash cloths are also available for renters use. Limited amounts of toilet paper and paper towels provided. Paper plates and plasticware must be brought by renter if desired. (There may be some there and may be used if available.) Washer and dryer is available for use. Please bring your own laundry soap. Bathrooms are furnished with bath towels and wash cloths. Please bring your toiletries. Bedroom 1 furnished with: King Bed, Day Bed with Trundle, Linens, Pillows and TV Bedroom 2 furnished with: Queen Bed, Linens, Pillows and TV Bedroom 3 furnished with Bunk bed with trundle (twin bed, full bed and full bed) Linens, Pillows and TV There is free WIFI available in the home as well as cable offered on all the TV Other things to note There is a shared boat dock/fishing pier that is available with this home.
