The space is the bottom floor [first floor] of a big, new house in a wonderful suburban area. The whole floor has everything you need, including a stove, mini fridge, microwave, a TV, and wifi. Guest access Private access to the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, and backyard. The guest space can be accessed by either using the shared garage/front door, but also has a private entrance from the backyard. Guests will have access to all appliances in the kitchen (microwave, stove, fridge, rice cooker, etc).
