The space The in-law suite has a private entrance. The space is separated by a door that is locked. The suite includes spacious 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, eat-in full kitchen, central cooling (AC) and heating system, washer & dryer, and outdoor private picnic table area. The entire suite and picnic table area are on one floor and the first floor. There are outdoor 3-step stairs to get into the suite. Please see the photo. 7 minutes walk to the elementary school playground. Drive 6 minutes to take the Commuter Rail to Boston and Salem from the suite. The nearest commuter rail station is Wedgemere in Winchester. Search MBTA commuter rail weekend pass. Walk 1.1 miles (23 minutes) to take Bus 350 to downtown Boston or walk 1.2 miles (26 minutes) to take Express Bus 354 to downtown Boston. Guest access Guests can access the entire suite, which includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an eat-in kitchen, an outdoor private picnic table area, and off-street parking spaces on the property's driveway: max. 2 vehicles Bedroom A: 1 queen-size bed and 1 twin-size bed Bedroom B: 1 queen size bed Maximum is 5 guests only. Other things to note To maintain great sharing environment in the suite, no gun, no assault weapons, no smoking (including Marijuana), no illegal drugs, no pets, and no parties indoor and outdoor, please. Your cleaning fee goes to our crew who will be arriving after your departure to handle all the linens, floors, surfaces, and garbage removal. We only ask that you clean up the dishes you have used, remove all your garbage out of the suite, and dump them into a large trash bin outdoor before you are on your way. Thank you!
