This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the apartment and on-premises. Other things to note This is a multifamily home, please be considerate and keep all noise to a minimum, respecting all other occupants. Please use the driveway at all times for parking. Street parking requires a permit. We are unable to accommodate Large trucks/campers in our premises. Please note that this unit is on the 1st floor and it's quite normal to hear occasional sounds from the lower floor if occupied during your stay, although very unlikely as this is typically a quiet, serene and very safe environment. We recommend considering this prior to finalizing your booking. Guest access All areas within the 1st-floor unit are fully accessible to guests. However, there is no access to the host’s personal items stored in the garage (garage is available for parking only), utility areas, locked doors, the 2nd floor, or the basement. Other things to note 1 parking spot on premises is available to you on arrival. Please follow parking guidiance in the arrival guide. House Rules Rules are very important to Us. It is how we keep our home welcoming and our guest community safe. It is important to agree to the rules before booking. Violations can lead to immediate removal without refund. Long Term Stay For Longer stays - 3 nights and up, we will make available bathroom essentials e.g. Towels, linens, Tissue paper and shower gel for the first 3 days of stay, subsequent days will be self-catered by the booker. Guest are welcome to bring their supplies for their period of stay. As our long-term stays are offered at huge discounts and cost is all-inclusive, we urge our guests to please be mindful of utility usage and turn off appliances when not in use. We encourage you to feel at home and relax but please be mindful that this is not a hotel. We expect that you will treat our home with respect and maintain cleanliness so that other guests can experience a great time too. For hygiene sake, we ask that you do not wear shoes within the apartment. A pair of indoor slippers is provided in the bathroom.Feel free to wear your socks!
