This comfy 4 BR, 3 Full bathroom house has great space for your stay in Decorah! With 2 Living Room areas and a full Kitchen you'll have plenty of space! Oneota Golf Course is right around the corner! The Famous Toppling Goliath Brewery is just 3 miles up the hill! The Trout Run Trail is within steps of the front door. Walk/Run/Bike into town or all around our pleasant little town. Everything in the downtown Decorah area is within a few minutes from this peaceful neighborhood! The space The Master has a King Bed with the adjoining Master bath. The upstairs Queen BR has a bathroom just out the hallway door. The last BR on the upstairs level is a Double bed. The basement bedroom is Queen sized with a bathroom right next door. All 3 bathrooms are Full bathrooms. The upstairs living area has a brand new pull out couch for more sleeping space. Both living areas have large screen TV's and plenty of furniture to kick your feet up and relax. 3 of the 4 Bedrooms have TV's. The full Kitchen is stocked and spacious for all your needs!
