The house is set at the entrance to a quiet neighborhood of year round residents. Most of them are retired or tradespeople/professionals. There are 2 driveways for parking. One must have a car to get most places. There is a gas station/convenience store/Dunkin Donuts down the street. You can walk there if you want, but most people drive everywhere. For winter visitors - I can provide a snow shovel if it's needed, but I do not shovel out the driveways myself. If you are elderly or need help, I can find someone to come help with that. We hardly ever get much snow before Jan/Feb., and I only rent through December anyway.
