Quiet Bayfront Beauty

This is our home, not an instagram location- though it could pass for one. It's an incredibly beautiful spot, but it is not a recent remodel. We love it exactly as it is; a cappuchino as the sun rises, paddling from the front yard each morning, outdoor dinners and quiet cocktails as the sun sets over the Ko'olau mountains. Furniture is mid-century garage sale so we don't have to worry about it too much, and the front yard is Kaneohe Bay on the Windward side of Oahu. The space I'm hurrying to get this listed, so better pictures, descriptions and details are to follow. We can do a video walk through if I don't get things updated soon enough. Other things to note The taxes are due on arrival. There is a GE tax of 4.712% and a Transient Accommodation’s tax of 10.25%. In Hawaii, GE tax is paid by the purchaser and TAT is required for stays less than 180 days. Rental agreement will be provided to guest after booking, and will require signature. Please contact owner with questions. Owner is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances. Please consider purchasing travel insurance.
