Hilltop Haven -Nestled in Nature

Enjoy the peaceful beauty of Central Iowa's rolling hills, prairies, and distant forests while staying in our newly constructed barndominium. Take in the sweeping views, singing birds, and diverse wildlife from the front porch. Cozy up inside by the electric fireplace, enjoy a movie on Roku TV, curl up in the reading nook, utilize the portable desk or get competitive while playing board games. The barn is located behind our house. The driveway is shared with lots of parking next to the barn. The space Come sit and relax on the most beautiful hill in Iowa! We have 4 adirondack chairs and a table for morning coffee or evening drinks. You will overlook a scenic valley, if you watch closely you could see a Bald Eagle soaring, white tail deer grazing, or a gaggle of wild turkeys. Along with the sights, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the sounds of the many song birds, cackling of pheasants, and the howling of coyotes in the evening. You may even get a visit from Hazel the cat and Zoey the small puppy. We have a portable desk that allows you to work from the front porch, one of the bedrooms or the living area. Guest access You have full access to the 2 bedroom unit on the lower level of the barn. As well as the sweeping open air front porch overlooking the southern valley. As this is a new build, the grass and prairie flower plot are in progress. Other things to note With unit rental we have a camper hookup available for an addition fee. This is electric only, no sewer or water hookups.
