Condo in Boston

The condo has everything you need. In the heart of the South End among all the best restaurants in Boston and within walking distance to all sites. SuperHost for 7+ years! 4.9 stars and 300+ 5 star reviews. This is a true one bedroom. Washer dryer in unit. Please note 2 cats live on property when not rented, so it's a cats home. Though it does not smell like cats. But you'll probably want to like cats due to the decor, etc. The space The 602 SF condo was originally built in 1904. All original moldings, an indoor working fireplace, updated kitchen and bathroom (everyone loves the rain head shower!). The space has a ton of charm as the building is 114 years old. It's a brownstone in the heart of Boston with so much history. Brand new Pella windows keep it quiet and warm. All new kitchen appliances, new LG stove and range and new Samsung refrigerator. Entire condo was recently repainted. The bedroom has a queen size bed with fresh clean sheets and a Buffy comforter all made up and ready for you. I unfortunately have my things in the closet, so there will be no dedicated closet as there is only one closet in the apartment. The bathroom has towels hanging and ready for you and some toiletries in the shower if you need them. There is toilet paper stocked for you. The kitchen was renovated and has everything you would need! Full fridge and freezer for you to put your things in, stovetop and oven and plenty of brand new pots and pans to cook with, and a dishwasher so no need to do the dishes. Keurig machine, kcups, splenda, and coffee mate are available. The living room has a dining nook, a large comfortable couch with a "cuddler", coffee table, etc. The tv is set up with Netflix, Hulu, etc. and cable TV - are all for your entertainment. The bedroom has Netflix, Hulu, etc on the fire stick. This is not an investor property, I've lived here since 2010. Imagine you went to your best friends house in Boston. That's how I like to host. We rent it out when we travel. LGBT friendly!! Of course!! Pet friendly, but note that there is a $50 per night fee for your furry baby. Guest access Clean towels, toiletries and everything else you could need are there for you. Most importantly: I want you to feel like this is your home. If you're looking for glasses? Open up all the cabinets! Check out everything for what you need because I'm sure I already have it. Note that all of our thing are still in the unit (clothes, personal items, etc) as this is my home when you are not staying here. There's a full service deli/store/wine and spirits shop downstairs for anything you need. They serve coffee and full breakfast in the morning, sell deli meats and bread or make you sandwiches, and have full dinners like meatloaf, broccoli, and mashed potatoes for take out dinners.
