Views may vary. Lone STR Vacations is a travel broker that works directly with timeshare owners to rent their unused timeshares. By booking you agree to the following: 1. Host assumes zero liability for property loss or damages, and zero liability for injury or accidents in or about the premises during Rentee’s vacation. 2. Host is not held responsible for unforeseeable circumstances affecting the resort including repairs and improvements. 3. Rentee will provide a credit card at check in and takes responsibility for all incidental charges associated with their vacation for which additional fees are charged. 4. Rentee shall use the Property in accordance with the rules and regulations of the resort and will pay for all repairs, replacements and damages caused by the acts or neglect of or his/her guests. Resort notices: Electrical upgrades underway from March 1 - May 31. Replacement of the electrical distribution system will require the towers to be on generator power 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for the project's duration. No power disruption to the resort is currently anticipated, however, construction and generator noise can be expected. Significant villa and plumbing work underway from June 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025.
