One block to the public beach and river! Enjoy this tastefully furnished beach bungalow with 3bedrooms, 2baths - 1st floor of a 2-family home. Master has a king bed, second and third bedrooms have a queen and twin + trundle bed. Sleep sofa also available in the living room. Bike ride to Sandy Hook, downtown shops and restaurants in Sea Bright and Highlands. Two parking spots, beach chairs, beach bikes and beach towels provided. Washer/dryer in basement. Just pack your bags and enjoy! The space One block to the free public beach! Short walk or bike ride to downtown Sea Bright, Sandy Hook and Highlands shops and restaurants! Guest access This is a two family home, this listing is for the first floor of the home and is completely private and separate from the second floor. Each unit has it’s own separate entrance. Two off-street parking spots provided. Street parking is residential permit parking only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Please review street cleaning signs. All vehicles must be relocated off designated side of street during that time. Other things to note Minimum age requirement 29 years old. Twin beds are best suited for children. No parties. No smoking or vaping. Guests violating this rule will be asked to vacate immediately and no refund will be provided. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. We provide linens (including beach towels) and enough toilet paper / paper towels / trash bags etc to get your trip started. Please bring additional or there is a Super Food Town in Atlantic Highlands or Acme in Fair Haven. Please Note: Summer 2025 - They are finishing up construction on the block behind the house. We are happy to provide ear plugs if you are sensitive to the noise, please let us know! STORMS: If there is a flood warning, vehicles must be moved to higher ground at either the lot behind Borough Hall or Municipal parking. Any damage to vehicles is the responsibility of the guest.
