This 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom guest setting occupies second floor of the beautiful owner-occupied cape. Quiet and safe neighbourhood and spacious backyard with grill, will surely give you a sense of privacy. At the same time the home being situated just minutes from the interstate highway, shopping centers, about 20 min from the city of Springfield, 35-40 min from Worcester, and just a little over an hour from Boston Suburbs. The space The larger spacious bedroom may be all you need. It contains a brand new queen bed, a table with chairs, a small refrigerator, a water kettle, coffe maker and air conditioner. Second smaller room can be used if you need more space. It currently contains one twin bed. Guest access Guests are provided with a separate entrance, and also can you patio behind the house, and enjoy the quet backyard with beautiful and calming waterfall feature.
