We have hosted many people who go to NJ convention and exposition center, Rutgers University, Robert Wood Johnson hospital, Saint Peter’s hospital (all 5 min train ride), Merck pharmaceutical company in Rahway, Newark or New York and many more. The house has 3 bedrooms and one full bath upstairs and a newly installed kitchen and a spacious living room. Downstairs, there is another bedroom and a half bath and a family room, porch, backyard. To the left of the house, there is also a newly converted studio for anyone who travelled solo. one of the four bedrooms and shared 1.5 bath. Living room, family room, dining room, kitchen. Call or text from 6 am- 9 pm. Outside that time frame, only in emergency, should you call the owner. No party in the house, no smoking, no loud noise, no shoes inside the house. Only indoor slippers allowed. Garbage must be taken out every day to avoid attracting animals or insects and the shared space must be cleaned up after each use.
