This is a well maintained family home tucked away on a quiet street, yet close to shopping and beaches. 5 mins away from the boat dock and centrally located to all the amenities Cape Cod has to offer! There are 3 BR, 2BA. This is a spacious ranch style house with hardwood floors, eat in kitchen, dining room, laundry and oversized front to back family room. You will have the entire home to yourselves. Mi casa es su casa. This location is super convenient. I believe that’s the best thing about it, especially for visitors. It’s pretty and comfortable. It’s pretty comfortable. :) You will have access to the entire home during your stay. There is a tiny basement unit with its own separate entrance and yard space that may or may not be occupied during your stay. We will not be there or may not be anywhere near Massachusetts during your stay. However, my entire family lives between cape cod and Nantucket so if you should need someone, that could be arranged. I’m available for communication via this app or email at anytime you may need my assistance during your stay. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. Very chill vibe. Close walk to lakes. It’s about a 3 min drive to downtown, Main Street where all the activities are. It’s a nice walk if you are interested. Shaw’s Supermarket is very close by as well. Cumberland is literally at the top of the street on the main road, along with a sushi bar, barbershop, gas station and a gardening store. It’s pretty easy to get around from this location. We’ve taken easy strolls to the main street or to the supermarket. If you are going to Cape Cod mall however, it would be best to drive or take a taxi. Taxis can get expensive if you don’t know where you are going. It might work out better to rent a car. We might be able to make one available for rental for you if available at the time you ask.
