3 bed rooms Sleeps 11 including a sofa bed in the living room. No elevator. Steps up to the top floor unit. No sheets or towels are included with the rental. Full kitchen and laundry in unit. Kitchen table seat 6 and 4 bar stools at counter top. Table with 4 chairs and umbrella on deck. Short walk to the free beach and boardwalk. Families only, No groups, No parties. All Renters must be over 25, Drivers license must be provided The space Short walk to historical Wildwood Boardwalk.��Plenty of activities for the whole family�stores, restaurants and festivities. Bring your fishing rods and surf boards, Hereford Inlet and numerous bay access points within minutes drive. Bring your bikes for the morning ride on the Boardwalk. Explore the 5-mile Wildwoods Island (a WW Crest to the South and North WW). After the day at the beach, rinse off at the outdoor shower in the back before relaxing in your-home-away-from-home. Enjoy Friday night (10:00pm) fireworks at the Boardwalk (conveniently located at the end of E. Wildwood Ave.) There are 2 cameras on the outside of the property, one is on the front of the house and one is on the side of the house for security purposes. Service animals are allowed per Airbnb, state & federal guidelines. To be sure that we have a comfortable place for those who require a service animal, you and your Service Animal will be asked to leave if we discover misrepresentation of a pet as a Service Animal. We will report fraudulent claims of Service Animals and will evict the guest(s) immediately in such cases. If this occurs, there will be no right to a refund. A guest’s service animal must NOT be: -Out of control -Unhouse broken -Left alone at the listing without prior approval (we won't approve) -Allowed into areas that are considered unauthorized to the guest -Allowed in a public space without being harnessed, leashed or tethered and not under the guest’s control. Additional info: -The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by a Service Animal -Service Animals may NOT be on furniture (sofas, chairs, beds etc...) or counters unless it is specifically needed for your disability. If required, please report so that we can arrange additional cleaning. -Please pick up defecation immediately and bring your own poop bags. -Tie the poop bags closed before throwing away in garbage can on side of house. -Please walk your Service Animal for bathroom needs. Indoor piddle pads are not allowed, this is not negotiable, as service animals must be housebroken. All house & service animal rules are to be followed during the entire stay. If any of the house or service animal rules are broken at anytime, it's possible that your stay could be terminated immediately with no refund.
