Stay Suites-Emerson Bay

This is a Suite sleeping 10 people in the busy Arnolds Park Area. This is in the former 316 restaurant along Hwy 71, this is a busy area. There is a small patio area with a grill and chairs. There is a fire pit and patio chairs just feet away in the grass area. This suite features a large area to gather and play cards. Full Kitchen for meal prep. We recommend bringing your bikes, wagons and scooters for the kids. The bike trail goes right in front of our property. The space There are 3 bedrooms in Emerson Bay Suite. #1 is a room with a queen bed and a set of twin bunks. #2 is a room with a king bed #3 is a room with a king bed and a queen bunk over top. There is a full kitchen with dishwasher, dining room table and living room. You have a patio are along HWY 71. This is the main highway through Arnolds Park. There is not much grass in front but to the south of our building there is a grass area that you can play yard games on. If you have small children, this may not be the perfect location because of the Hwy. Guest access You will receive a check in code 48 hours before your check in. This is sent to the phone number on your booking profile. On the day of check in, we let you know as soon as the unit is ready. Check in is at 4 Check out is at 10 Other things to note This is feet from Hwy 71 so there is traffic and noise but so relaxing to watch the cars and see the people. Head out and walk to almost everything. We are not a pet-friendly property. Our busy location and high guest turnover mean we cannot accommodate the extra cleaning pets require. If you need special accommodations, please let us know before your stay so we’re all on the same page. Service animals must remain with their owner at all times and may not be left alone in the property.
