This centrally located home is perfect for a family getaway, one block away from the historical Dorset Bridge and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. This is the perfect location surrounded by eateries & shops! The eclectic style of the space matches the vibe of buzzing Ventnor Heights. Welcome, recharge, and live the beach life! The space Our home has a private entry with a Smart Lock, once inside you are met with a beautiful open concept which is perfect for entertaining or just simply having quality family time. The living room is equipped with a 55'in Smart TV and 2 large couches (one of which is a pull-out couch with a full/queen size mattress). You are then met with the dining room as well as a fully equip kitchen with all major appliances, utensils, glassware and cookware for your upmost convenience. The shared front porch has two chairs and table for your enjoyment. Under the front porch you will find all of your beach needs; 4 bicycles (2 Adult, 2 Children), 6 beach chairs, 2 Boogie Boards, & Umbrellas. We also provide 10 beach passes free of charge! They are located on the TV stand located in the living room. Washer and dryer are located on the first floor, next to the half bathroom. Once you head upstairs you will be met with a long hallway, along side 3 bedrooms. Bedroom #1 contains a queen size bed, huge built in closet, as well as a small sofa that can be converted into an additional twin bed. In bedroom #2 you would find 3 twin size beds, another built in closet, and is equipped with a 32'in Smart TV. Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed, as well as another built in closet, and in addition a beautiful private balcony that has a partial view of the water/boating dock. Finishing up the top floor is our sleek and clean full bathroom with a stand up shower. This bathroom is also equipped with Bluetooth speakers for your music enjoyment! Our home is a duplex home! We currently have a long term tenant in our apartment next door, which means the front porch & backyard is a shared space. Parking: Our driveway is only fit for 1 car as our long term tenant occupies the 2nd but, there is plenty of free street parking directly in front of the home for multiple cars.
