Welcome to our charming cottage style home nestled in the picturesque town of Pella, Iowa. Whether you are in town for family, Central College events, work or recreation, our newly renovated one story home offers you a calming space to relax and unwind. You will be a short walk from local dining, shopping, historical attractions and more. Enjoy a comfortable home that sleeps up to six and offers two inviting family living spaces. In addition, there's a patio space for dining or simply relaxing. The charming exterior of the home flows seamlessly into the inviting, well appointed interior. Inside we have two bedrooms for you to choose from that can provide a comfortable retreat for the end of the day. In addition to the two bedrooms, one of our family rooms offers a true queen size sofa bed that can sleep up to two people. There are two full bathrooms, one of which has both a tub and shower option for your convenience. The kitchen is open to one of the family rooms and also offers a cozy table for you to sit and enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a quiet meal. There is also a larger casual dining room with seating for up to six. The patio is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the weather. There is a table for dining outdoors and a grill for cooking up something delicious. We do offer parking for one vehicle in the attached garage and our driveway can easily accommodate a second vehicle if needed. When using the garage it must be opened and closed from inside the garage. We do have security cameras on the exterior of the house. There are no security cameras on the interior. Guests have access to the entire house including the laundry room and garage. We do have security cameras on the exterior of the house. We will contact you with your entry code prior to your arrival. We live in the Pella community and can be reached via texting during your stay for any assistance needed. Our home is located on a residential block just a short walk from the center of town and all it's attractions. We are centrally located so you can walk to many area attractions or take a short drive to other local venues. We have parking for one vehicle in our attached garage as well as space for another vehicle in the driveway if needed. We do have a fireplace in one of the family rooms. This is not available for use from May-September.
