Half a block to the famous boardwalk and free beach. Two blocks away from the convention center. Walking distance to restaurants and ice cream shops. The space Unit #3 is a renovated first floor unit. Located in an 8 unit building steps away from the famous boardwalk and free beach. This 240sqft unit is a perfect size for 2 adults or a couple with a small child. There are 2 double beds, tv, mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. Towels and sheets are provided. Guests are asked to bring extra towels if needed. NO PARKING, but you can rent a parking pass for a small fee from us. It can be used throughout the Wildwood area (Hildreth Ave to Juniper Ave). In order to keep the fees low, there are no cleaning charges. Guests are asked to be considerate and take care of the rental. Guest access Shared deck and back yard. Other things to note You must be 23 years old or older to book. No exemptions. You cannot book for someone else.
