This centrally located cozy cape is an ideal spot for family and friends to gather. Five or less miles to the stunning beaches of Falmouth and charming downtown filled with local restaurants and boutiques. Spend the day exploring and come home to a peaceful home on a quiet cul-de-sac. If you are looking for the festivities to continue, take a five minute stroll down the street to Cape Cod Winery. The vibes are fun and family friendly; catch some live music, trendy food trucks and libations. The space - Open floor plan ideal for family and friends to gather. - First floor includes: Primary bedroom and bathroom, half bathroom/laundry room, living room, kitchen, sunroom, dining room, mudroom. - Second floor includes: Secondary and tertiary bedroom, full bathroom. Guest access - Guests will have access to the home and yard during their stay. - We have a vegetable and herb garden that we tend to in the backyard in between guests staying. Guests are welcome to pick their own freshly grown produce in the backyard anytime they would like! - The unfinished basement is not accessible to guests. Other things to note - The home is on a quiet residential street. Please be mindful of noise levels. - Our parking spaces are located in our private driveway to the right of our home in front of the fence. If you need additional parking please park in front of the home.
