Ridge River View Acres - The CozyCabin

This CozyCabin is perfect for a couple looking to get into nature and relax. This 12x18 cabin has beautiful views of the pond and surrounding acreage. Hike the 48-acre trails, take a dip in the pond or paddle around on the kayaks or paddleboards then catch a beautiful sunset from your private patio and firepit or dock. Mini fridge and microwave located in the cabin. Take the loft ladder to your queen bed and sleep comfortably with heat, AC, or bountiful fresh country air. The space Cozy Cabin is a separate 12x18 bldg. No plumbing. 1 queen bed in loft. Full bathroom and kitchen access in the 32x60 main building. Additional rental space includes the private Prairie View Bungalow for two or three as well as additional semi private beds for up to 9 additional. These extra beds and spaces are only available when booked with additional costs/person. The Bungalow has its own large deck and separate patio w fire pit and extensive seating. Situated close by and adjacent to the 1.3 acre spring fed pond is the Cozy Cabin. Anyone residing anywhere on the property has use of 48 acres of pure nature and use of kayaks, paddle boards and floaties. In the winter, ice skates and snowshoes are available as well or bring your own xcountry skis, bicycles etc. Enjoy one of five fire pits as well as numerous trails and campsites. This adventure is for nature lovers. Guest access Although I am usually somewhere on the property I can be as visible or invisible as you prefer. This is your48 acre resort which includes a beautiful spring fed pond. I can assist in starting your fire or ubering you to the local fare including the infamous Breitbachs restaurant. You only have to share if someone is renting one of the other spaces. The main bldg houses the private Bungalow with queen bed, microwave, two-burner stovetop with full bath and fridge located in lower level. Main building also houses additional sleeping spaces for up to 9 as well as second full bath, a fridge and a freezer. Washer/dryer available for extended stays. Other things to note This is Glamping at it finest. It is very comfy but not luxury unless you see nature as I do. Nature is the gift and my lodgings are a source to that "gift". Nature has its beauty and its perils. I am not responsible for injuries or mishaps. You may enjoy yourselves in whatever suits you but not to the discomfort of other guests or nature. That includes being a disorderly drunk. NO cigarettes are allowed in lodgings and as a healthy retreat prefer they be limited on the property for your as well as others health. I want everyone to have a positive, healthy experience and therefore I prefer to share my property with those of similar thought. Peace
