Set in lovely Uxbridge, MA on a quiet street, guests enjoy driveway parking with their own entry through a mudroom/utility room and in to their own living space with a private bath and shower. Enter through your own private entrance. The suite is the lower level of 250 sq ft. including a private bathroom. An indoor bar with bar chairs offers a place to eat as well as a spot to work. Personal door to the deck and patio. The pool is available from end of may to early September from 11am-7pm. The home owners use the pool so we ask guests to please communicate ahead of time if they desire to use the pool. The hot tub can be used weather permitting when it is not snowing or raining between 11am and 7pm, The home owners also utilize the hot tub so we ask guests to message us in advance of their stay if they are making use of the tub so we don’t plan to use it at the same time. Complimentary coffee with K-Cup Machine. Nice size fridge, microwave and smart TV. Outdoor charcoal grill is available for guests to use, charcoal and fluid provided. Window AC available in summer upon request. Crisp and clean, this area is excellent for relaxation as well as for those working remote. The room offers the sofa, a chair and a bar with two bar chairs for dining and functions as a work desk. The bathroom is private and has a nice size shower stall. Suite also has a fridge and microwave. Uxbridge is a tranquil town with excellent antique shopping. We are located in the heart of Blackstone Valley. Location is 1 hour from Boston, 24 minutes from Worcester and 30 minutes to Providence. A 10 minute drive to Blissful Meadows Golf Course and Arrowhead Acres. New England's largest zoo, Southwick's is 2 miles away. Catch a show at the Mendon Twin Drive-In outdoor movie theatre 5 miles away. Guests will park on the driveway close to their lighted entrance with punch in code access. The door opens to a utility room where coats, boots, and shoes can be kept before entering the suite. Spacious and clean, guests can utilize the entire are for eating, sleeping, bathing, and working. The large deck out has lounge chairs(seasonal) and the patio has outdoor recliners and a fire pit for guests to relax and enjoy a quiet evening. The hot tub and pool are available to guests from 11am - 7pm. We use them but are happy to coordinate times so you can enjoy these amenities yourself. Please communicate with us through the app before your stay if you have plans to use the tub or pool so we avoid using when guests are planning to use. If we do not have a request from you in advance of your stay for pool or hot tub we can guarantee availability due to chemicals or other plans, so please ask in advance! Hosts are readily available as needed via messenger from 7am - 10pm, or at times face to face. Our policy is to give our guests as much privacy as they desire. We do work so we are not always home. There is an upper deck that we use so guests can enjoy the lower deck. Hot tub and pool onsite, we use them and are happy to coordinate times to you can enjoy these amenities alone. It is required to request permission ahead of time to use those amenities. If not requested in advance we cannot guarantee availability. Residential neighborhood. Very quiet street. Close to town and major routes to Providence, Milford, Worcester, and more. Ample parking in driveway close to entrance. We are a very quiet couple who are very respectful of our guests space and privacy. We live here but guests have their own entrance and don’t ever have to go through any share living quarters. Guests will feel alone and enjoy the quiet surroundings. Self check-in. We do reside here, so at times you may hear normal living noises outside of quiet hours, but we are respectful of our guests and house layout being what it is creates a rather quiet suite stay. Quiet hours are from 10PM - 6AM. This property uses a septic tank so the flushing of anything other than toilet paper of natural human waste is strictly prohibited. No smoking or vaping on the property!!! This includes inside the suite and the grounds.
