Rental unit in Ocean City

Located in the north end of Ocean City, you will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally located condo. Walk or bike to the beach, boardwalk, Wonderland Pier, Asbury Ave., Tennis, Track & Field, and Rec Center. Amenities include an outdoor patio, off street parking spot, 55" television, Master Bedroom television, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer and dryer, and air conditioning in every room. The space The condo is located on the second floor of a building with a private entrance. The first floor of the building is a smoothie shop with outdoor seating. The master bedroom features a queen bed with full bath attached. Bedroom two is a twin bed with a twin trundle bed which may be pulled out. Bedroom three is a twin over full bunk bed. Guest access Guests will have full access to the second floor of the building and an off-street parking spot. Other things to note The boardwalk, beach, and downtown are all within walking distance. Guests must be able to climb stairs to access the second floor. Linens and bath towels will be provided, as well as a starter supply of dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels and toilet paper, cleaning supplies, coffee machine, blender, and kitchenware. Two beach chairs and two beach tags will be provided. Pack n Play and high chair are also available upon request.
