You will have a double carport for parking and a covered walkway that leads to the front door. There is a large grill in the carport for guests to use. As stated, the hosts are available whenever you require. Contact information will be provided. We ask that guests provide approximate arrival time. The gate will be open for you to enter the property. A gate remote will be provided for your use during your stay. The house key will be in a lock box on the front door. The code to the lock box will be provided for you. At the end of your stay we ask you to leave both the key and remote control on the kitchen counter. Guests will need transportation to get around. The highway is located approximately 10 minutes from this oceanfront home. Guests will have secured gated parking in a double-wide carport on site, protected from the elements. Please note this is a hosted rental - the hosts reside upstairs on site. They are available as little or as much as you require for anything you need. Buddy, the Golden Retriever also resides on this property. He loves people but will be kept in his area of the home.
