STR# 18STR-19846 The space This newly renovated apartment has a dedicated entrance with a keypad coded entry.. BATHROOM/LAUNDRY: Just inside the entry way, you'll see the bathroom which features a bathtub/shower with complimentary Dove bathing products (soap, shampoo and conditioner). Inside the vanity and over-the toilet cabinets, you'll find plenty of fresh towels and complimentary travel essentials such as a flat iron, blow dryer, dental kits, feminine care products, etc. There's also a washer and dryer in case you'd like to do any laundry. (For your convenience, you'll find complementary detergent pods, Lysol laundry sanitizer, and fabric softener in the hallway closet.) STORAGE: Across from the bathroom, there's a closet containing a few essentials such as an iron, ironing board, and a steamer. You'll also find a few misc. items such as extra bedding, a small step ladder, umbrellas, broom, etc. KITCHEN: The kitchen has a large multipurpose island w/ 4 stools that can be used to prep and enjoy meals, enjoy drinks, play games, or knock out a little work. There's also tea, coffee, and essential cooking supplies in the cabinets. SLEEPING: In the sleeping area, there's a queen-sized bed, a dresser, and two nightstands, so there is plenty of storage for your belongings while you stay. For your safety and peace of mind, all of the bedding items (mattress, duvet/comforter and pillows) are covered with protectors. There is a 55" Smart TV with premium cable including HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, Starz, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Video access. You can also connect to the TV's soundbar and subwoofer. Next to the futon, you can help yourself to an array of boardgames, cards, dominos, etc. SHARED OUTDOOR SPACE: In the backyard, you'll find a shared outdoor patio with a 4-piece seating area that includes 2 chairs and a couch as well as a 6-person dining area. Feel free to use the space to hang out, play some outdoor games provided (Giant Jenga, Connect 4, Cornhole, etc.) have a drink (or 5), knock out a little work, or smoke. To make the space as comfortable as possible, I've included several mosquito repellent options including candles and sprays. Additionally, there's a Weber gas grill available.
