Our little piece of paradise is located in Keauhou on the Big Island of Hawaii. Our 2 story home is beautifully decorated with a floor plan to allow everyone enough space to relax and unwind while taking in the sounds of the ocean, the songs of the birds and the smells of the plumeria trees on the property. This luxury home is located in the exclusive new enclave of Holua Kai, a private gated subdivision in the resort community of Keauhou. Our house is set up to accommodate a family, group or couple looking to spend an extended time on the Big Island of Hawaii with all of the comforts of home. We set up our house as a vacation rental so that when we are gone each summer and winter holiday we can provide the absolute best experience for our guests. Remote Work We have a dedicated space for the remote worker. The double doored office welcomes you as you enter the house. We have equipped this home office with everything the remote worker or student could ask for during an extended stay in Hawaii. We also have a second dedicated work space in the downstairs bedroom. Both work spaces are equipped with sit/stand desks, second monitors and office chairs. Keep things moving along on the mainland while you enjoy a extended stay in paradise. Efficient Exercise For the Peloton Lovers out there we have a Peloton Bike+ available for you to keep your consistency going while on your extended stay in Hawaii. Special Requests Fully stocked vacation rental accepting special requests prior to arrival Anything you may need prior to your arrival, please just message us and we will help accommodate your request. We're here to make our guests as happy as possible in our home while we are away during the summer. Parking for 2 cars is available in the driveway. Access to the community resort pool, spa and bbq will be provided to our guests. We are more than happy to help you with recommendations for things to do in the area and anything we might be able to assist you with in advance of your arrival. We are specifically looking for one family / couple / traveler that would like to stay in our beautiful home for 30+ days while we are visiting family in Oregon during the summer. The neighborhood is gated, private and quiet. We enjoy the close proximity to Keauhou Bay, End of the World and the Wednesday Artisan Market at the Sheraton Hotel. We also appreciate the short drive to Keauhou Shopping Center where you can find most need during your stay. One of our favorite additions is a new spin studio. We are excited to host one family, group or couple to our vacation home on the Big Island.
