Other things to note In this section we want to stress that in all City apartments, in all neighborhoods, there is the possibility of noise at night. Many times it is completely out of our control. We can provide noise machines and earplugs, but we will not refund any stays that are shortened or cancelled because of noise from construction, traffic, neighbors, or pedestrian noise. Boston is a major American metropolis, it comes with its beauty and it's noise. This will be noted in our house rules, and when bookings are confirmed, it is a contract that you, the guest, is agreeing to. We also want to make it known that the entrance to the building has a bit of a funky access - from the street level you enter into a back stairwell and you head up a flight of stairs to the first floor. From here, you can find the stairwell or elevator to top floors. There is also another entrance through the glass revolving doors at 101 Arch Street and an entrance on the left which will take you to the first floor lobby where you'll easily find the stairs and elevator.
