Our peaceful and unique home is located a 10-minute drive from downtown Vineyard Haven and is surrounded by acres of Land Bank trails, fields, and ponds. The home has two bedrooms (both queen beds), one bathroom with soaking tub and shower, well-stocked kitchen, dining area, living room, and plenty of outdoor space for quiet mornings or grill nights. Built by islanders with plenty of vineyard charm. The space One large primary room with a queen-sized Casper mattress, sitting area, and dressers. The french doors open to a small porch area overlooking the garden One smaller second bedroom is down the hall and outfitted with a queen Casper bed, dresser, desk, and closet space. One well-lit bathroom, shower only. Adjoining room with washer/dryer and linens including beach towels. Fully stocked kitchen and eating area with views of the yard. Living room area with large windows overlooking the yard, comfy couch and books/games, Smart TV. The door from the living room leads to a patio with a porch that has an outdoor table, chairs, and an umbrella. A charcoal grill is available for use. Our yard is large and private. A two-minute walk down the road will lead you to a Land Bank entrance to access miles of walking paths, it leads to Duarte's pond on Middle Road. A walk on beach sticker for up to five people for Lamberts Cove beach is included.
