Centrally-located and newly remodeled! Just a few blocks from the heart of Missoula downtown and riverfront trail. Cozy location across from a park, two blocks away you'll find a coffee shop, brewery, and fitness centers. You will be close to everything when you stay at our house. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house as well as the front yard and back patio with privacy fence. There is also a park located across the street. Other things to note Please note that the bathroom has a large bathtub with a handheld shower head only (see pictures). There is a train that runs through Missoula. Our house is not close to the crossing so train horns are not heard, however, there are other occasional train noises from un/coupling and passing. * No pets, no smoking or vaping, and no parties (groups bigger than guest numbers, drinking games involving spilled alcohol, loud late music, etc.). Any violation will result in an automatic $200 additional fine, both to cover additional cleaning costs, and to deter violations, in addition to the cost of any cleaning costs above that amount.* Registration Details 2024-MSS-STR-00153
