Guest access Access to your personal condo, walk 100 yards to the beach, rinse off with the hose or outdoor shower conveniently located just off the beach. You also have access to the storage closet as well as the laundry room. Other things to note There are 3 flights of steps to get in and out of the unit. No elevators. Strict Quiet Hours from 10PM to 8AM. 7 days a week. No parties. Strictly enforced.
