Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire cottage, with the exception of the locked storage room situated on the 3rd floor, which is not accessible. Questions or clarity regarding the cottage rules should be asked prior to booking** **There are exterior security cameras in place at each exterior entrance** **The Seaside Cottage bedrooms face the main street of downtown Rockport. All Rockport events such as the 4th of July and the Christmas tree lighting can be seen right from the bedroom window! With that said the Seaside Cottage is next to the Bearskin Neck and so the streets become busy with tourists and sometimes delivery trucks which make it could make active during the day especially in the summer months.** **A dedicated parking spot (less than a 5 min walk from the loft) is included with your stay!** **Please note that this is a historic building from 1812 and although very charming it does have its quirks. The stairs in the cottage are on the narrower / steeper side due to the historical design of the building** **The cottage entrance is located on the 2nd floor. Each guest must climb a set of stairs (about 15 steps) in order to enter the cottage.**
