Welcome to our fully furnished, incredibly clean and spacious 1 bedroom home located in a safe area in Paterson! This apartment is an attic apartment located on the 3rd floor of a multi-family house and it is perfect for solo and/or couple travelers/business travelers! The drive to Newark Airport is 30 minutes close and 20 minutes to NYC. The apartment is located near bus/train stations, laundromats, supermarkets, bodegas -- all within walking distance! Street parking is available and FREE!!! This is a private apartment (not shared with anyone but you!) located on the 3rd floor - an attic for a solo traveler or couple! The master bedroom consist of a queen size hybrid Sealy mattress (super comfy). There is a mini-closet to store clothing and night drawers with lamp right next to the bed. There is a designated workspace ready with a comfortable office chair and lamp set and ready for work-from-home individuals. In addition, a 58' tv with a ROKU device for Netflix, Peacock, Amazon and more! Please note: These apps may or may not need your personal log-in. The kitchen has all the amenities you need- kitchen table with 4 chairs, coffee maker, rice cooker, microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, pots/pans, plates/cups, utensils, blender and more. Street parking is available and free! Other things to note 3 THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE BOOKING: 1- People with limited mobility may have difficulty with the staircase leading to the 3rd floor of the apartment 2- There is no parking in the premises. Street parking is safe and available and free! 3- Check-in starts at 4 PM. Whenever we can have the apartment ready before the above time, it is available for check in. However, we do not authorize leaving suitcases while the apartment is not ready yet. Check-out is until 10 AM. 4- No smoking allowed inside the property!! Will be fined $250. 5- if you have a pet- please reach out! We are willing to be flexible with 1 pet thank you! The guest will have access to the entire 3rd floor. Host will be available via phone/text The apartment is in the Riverside section- near Hawthorne, Bunker Hill, Haledon, Fair lawn and Prospect Park. The neighborhood is mostly residential with some industrial uses. Madison Ave cuts through the heart of this district. Guests will be able to request Uber transportation, bus station (Bus 704) is within walking distance (3 minutes walking) and parking on the street is free and available. No smoking allowed inside the property!! Will be fined $250.
