The entire house has an eclectic vibe making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of sun-soaked adventures. The beach house offers two cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished for your comfort. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, ideal for families or groups. The rooms have storage space for your belongings and fresh linens will be provided. Please note, the two bedrooms are attached, but divided by a pocket-door. A clean and well-appointed bathroom with a shower/tub combination completes the interior of the beach house. We provide towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer for your convenience. Guest access During your stay, you will have full access to the entire house. Make yourself at home and enjoy the privacy of your own coastal retreat. You will also have access to the private patio, where you can relax and soak up the sun. You will be given four beach badges to access the Seaside Heights Beach. Other things to note There is no off street parking. Guest must find their own free street parking. No parties or gatherings. The occupancy limit set forth in this listing may not be exceeded at any time. The minimum age to book is 25 years old and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to, or at the time of check-in. All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided. *** A charge of $85 will apply for each/any lost beach badge
