Airy & sunny with big backyard and a nice porch. Hardwood floors, very cozy. (I'm a professor with summers off, and this is my primary residence, so it feels like a place someone actually lives!) Probably comes with a friendly indoor-outdoor calico-in-residence that month-long renters will feed/cuddle.
