You’ll be conveniently close to shopping malls, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and the stunning nature of Middlesex Fells Reservation and Stone Zoo. Whether you’re here to explore or unwind, this charming home will make your trip both enjoyable and stress-free. The space Welcome to our private two-story apartment—comfortable, and perfect for your stay. This home features 2 bedrooms (with one queen bed and one full bed) and 1 bathroom, making it ideal for families, friends, or small groups. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave—everything you need to cook and dine at home. You’ll also have access to 2 private driveway parking spots for your convenience. Please make yourself at home—my goal is to provide a true home away from home during your travels. Complimentary snacks and drinks are provided to help you settle in and relax. Guest access Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire unit and on-site parking throughout their stay. Laundry: If you need to do laundry, please let me know in advance so I can best accommodate your needs. Kindly note that laundry is not permitted after 9 PM. House Reminders: • Please remove your shoes at the entrance. • No food in the bedroom—feel free to enjoy your meals in the kitchen dining area. Thank you for your understanding and enjoy your stay! Other things to note Things to Be Mindful Of: Please note that there is another unit on the lower level of the home, and I live next door. We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM to respect everyone’s comfort. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. If you need anything at all, feel free to contact me—I’m happy to help! Guests will have a separate entrance and enjoy complete privacy during their stay. For your safety, there is one Ring motion-activated security camera at the front door, facing the front porch. It records video and audio 24/7 for security purposes. There are no cameras in any private areas or bedrooms, only in the common exterior area. Thank you so much for your cooperation!
