Large Room with Queen Bed near Manhattan

This huge bedroom is in a beautiful renovated Victorian house. The room is lockable from inside and outside with a key. Check-in starts at 2 PM, Check-out 11 AM. The prestige bathroom, new kitchen, dining area and refrigerator are shared. Daily clean 12-2pm. Guests will enjoy easy access to NYC via buses to Times Square (15-minute commute). Onsite driveway parking is RESERVATION ONLY. Please ask the host. Laundry (between 2pm and 7pm) is offered at extra cost $10 per load for washing and drying. The space This room is spacious. Max 3 people can stay in this room at a time. We can provide an air mattress and bedding set for the air mattress for the extra guest. This room is featured with a large study desk, chair, a nightstand, a desk lamp, a floor lamp, a mirror, a garment rack and a dresser. The house is Central AC operated. We also added a tabletop fan in the room for the guests that need extra breeze for the summer. We’re not a hotel. We don’t clean your room or enter guest’s room during their stay. We clean the kitchen, shared bathroom daily around noon. The cleaning fee per room is for check-out clean. After every guest group checks out, we change a clean set of bedding, use disinfecting products to clean all surfaces including the desk, chair, nightstand, dresser, and the wood floor. There are two other rooms in this apartment for guests. Each guest group has their own lockable door for their bedroom, like a roommate situation. The common areas such as the bathroom, kitchen and dining room are shared with other guests staying here. It's an open concept modern layout. There are basic kitchen supplies like pans and small pots, utensils, bowls, plates, mugs and water glasses. But we don’t leave big knives in the apartment (security reasons). Please clean your own dishes! We do NOT clean guest's dishes. Or we have to charge extra cleaning fee. Please keep the stove, toilet and shower clean if they're dirty after you used them. Please think about the next person that will use it after you. Some noise is inevitable because of the shared accommodation. If you're a light sleeper, we encourage you please bring some earplugs. Guest access - Check-in starts at 2 PM. Checkout by 11 AM. - Self Check-in is available. On the day of check-in, guests will use the detailed Arrival Guide and a keycode for the smart lock on the front door for easy come-and-go access. - Onsite parking may be reserved at $15 a day from check-in to check-out time. Please ask the host for availability. - Laundry at cost $10 per load during stay if needed. Laundry hours between 11am and 7pm. Please ask the host for laundry needs. - Late checkout will incur additional cost $50 per hour. Please communicate with the host if any exception is necessary. During your stay I'm happy to provide any recommendations in person or via messaging during their stay. Other things to note This neighborhood is very safe and convenient, with local restaurants and convenience shops within walking distance. The most convenient to get here for guests traveling by plane is through the Newark International Airport and it's about 30min Uber ride to here from EWR airport. To go to Manhattan, 15 minutes by Uber or bus to Times Square. After every guest group, the room is deeply cleaned and disinfected. We clean the common spaces (kitchen, bathroom) around noon daily. Guests are encouraged to keep the common areas clean after they use. We do not provide kitchen condiment or food.
