Welcome to our spacious two acre Slo Poke Farm and pool! Wake up to the songs of birds while you sip your coffee . Meander by the flower; vegetable gardens with blueberries, raspberries, peaches and apples in season. Tell your pup we have a fenced in acre yard and a huge pool! Trails are in the woods beyond! The Nashua bike trail and rivers to kayak are close by. Grocery, pizza, and drug stores 1 mile away. Nashua and Lowell are near for fun restaurants and night life; NH airport 40 miles The space The cozy bedroom with a new firm king bed, is above the garage with views of the front, back and a charming deck off the back. There is a small kitchenette area within the space- with microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot and refrigerator stocked w/ fun drinks. The private bathroom with a shower, is in the shared hall with a washer/dryer and includes a separate front and back entrance with steps through the garage to the backyard and beyond!. Guest access Coming in through your front door, brings you in to the shared hall, with washer and dryer, and your private bathroom. Then up the stairs into your private cozy loft bedroom. At the bottom of the stairs, is the way through the garage to go into the fenced backyard and patio, pool area. During your stay We would enjoy meeting you upon your arrival, to offer any help during your stay or point you in the direction of restaurants and fun activities. Feel free to text if you have a question. If you want, we're happy to take you on a tour of our gardens- where you can pick raspberries or tomatoes or go for a swim in the pool. Extra towels are out in the pool area along w/ a refrigerator w/ cold drinks. Other things to note Pool towels are in the pool shed. We love pups ! However all dogs must be housebroken or face additional charges. Puppy pads are not allowed to be used. Pups are welcome to swim in the gunite pool, and there are toys/towels in the yard/pool area for your pup. Remember to please pick up in the yard- with the shovel provided and keep pups out of the fenced in flower gardens . Doors and gates need to be closed around the yard, and house for the safety of our dog. The screened in porch is off limits. Liability waiver for the Pool: You understand that swimming/use of the pool is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any injury arising from this activity and hold the owner of the property harmless. You understand that swimming is potentially more dangerous for children or those with health risks, or when done by someone who is intoxicated or is using any kind of drugs or medication. You agree that you are fully responsible for any accidents that may occur on the property. You understand the risks as stated above and agree you will assume responsibility for both yourself and your guests. You are waiving any claim against the owner for accidents related to use of the pool. All guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver. This constitutes a binding agreement and contract between the Airbnb guest and host.
