Our home is a 6 minutes drive to downtown Edgartown where you can enjoy restaurants, shopping, and ice cream! We are a 12 minutes drive to South Beach and 7 minutes to Edgartown State Beach where you will find the famous Jaws Bridge! The Chef’s Kitchen features a Viking stove, large stainless steel sink, dishwasher, microwave, SMEG toaster, and Sub Zero refrigerator. The Dining room seats 6 comfortably. There are two bedrooms which both contain Queen beds. Both bedrooms include storage and hanging space for clothing. Spiral stairs lead to the upstairs bedroom with a balcony overlooking the kitchen. The Living Room houses a couch and coffee table, and is perfect for relaxing or reading. The living room also has a built-in desk for those who may need to keep up with work remotely. The workspace includes a second monitor with an HDMI cord for laptop hookup. There are sliding doors that lead you onto the back deck. The deck includes bench seating and stairs leading down to the open yard area. The Living Room also contains a Queen Murphy bed for extra sleeping needs. Please let host know if you need access to the Murphy. The bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, a spacious sink, mirrors, and bright lighting. There is a large outdoor shower off of the front porch with a separate changing room, which has solar lights for a highly recommended night time shower & star gaze. There is a Recreational Room off of the walkout basement, which is perfect for hanging out after a long day at the beach and playing cards or games. Other inclusions: -Washer/dryer is located in the basement and there is an iron and ironing board available -Driveway can fit 2-3 cars comfortably -Wifi included -Outdoor Shower If you walk down the street away from the main road, you will find the entrance to Pennywise preserve, which includes 175 acres of land bank walking trails. You will have access to the entire home. Part of the basement is used for owner storage and cleaning supplies, however there is access to the Washer/Dryer and walk-out Recreational room! You may see our Magnolia Tree in bloom, our apple tree flourishing, fresh blueberries, hydrangeas, and more. ** The home does not have a formal "TV", however we have a screen with an HDMI cable for you to plug-in your own laptop and view your personal streaming platforms as needed.
